Sam and the team did an amazing job on our modular log cabin. They were very friendly, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns. Their quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Signature builders was the set crew for our modular Log home (made by a separate company). The set crew was responsible for placing and securing the house on the foundation, building our house length (56') front porch (with roof), erecting and finishing the roof, finishing the log siding, and putting final touches on interior floor and trim work and connecting the separate sections of the house. As the home owner, I am our GC.
The crew from Signature builders have a impressive work ethic. They start early in the morning and just keep going until the end of the work day. This is my first time acting as a GC, and my experience with contractors has been, not all are created equal, not even close. Even the ones that have a good reputation can have poor communication and basic scheduling skills. When signature builders says they will be there on a date and time, they WILL be there, if they are running a little late (not common at all), they will call to let you know, when they say they will do something, they will do it. No time on their phones, very easy to communicate with and have customer satisfaction as a top priority.
In going over all the work with Levi (company owner), there was a few things I felt needed to be changed. There was also a few imperfections I noticed which where errors from the house builder (not his crew). My conversations with Levi on these things was incredible. He gave me no push back, only immediate quality results. He and his crew also took care of the mistakes the house builders made.
Levi has a level of customer service and integrity that I rarely see these days. He strives to lead his company to reach higher standards, and places customer satisfaction and quality communication as a guiding force.

Our experience with Signature Builders has been outstanding! We hired them to renovate our cabin and we are very happy with the results. This highly professional team of builders made sure we were involved with the renovation and kept us up to date with daily photos of their progress.
