Our Workmanship Guarantee

At Signature Builders, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a 10-Year Labor Warranty on Workmanship, valid only for the original purchaser.

Exclusions:

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Misuse or improper use of the structure outside of its intended purpose
• Damage resulting from a lack of regular maintenance
• Damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God

Warranty Claims:

To file a warranty claim:

• Notify us within 10 days of discovering the issue
• Include a detailed description, photos of the problem, and a copy of the original invoice

Failure to follow these steps may result in the warranty being voided.
