Our Process

We make it simple to design and order your custom structure — whether you’re looking for a shed, garage, barn, cabin, or tiny home. Each order is handled with care and precision to ensure you receive a structure built to meet your needs and last for years to come.

01
Customization and Design

Every structure begins with customization.

Sheds, Garages, and Barns: Choose your layout, number and style of doors and windows, roofing and siding materials, and your preferred colors.

Cabins and Tiny Homes: Select from our pre-designed floorplans. While the layout cannot be changed, you can customize the finishes — including colors, stains, and countertops — to suit your taste.

02
Financing Options

After finalizing your design, you can select from available financing options to make your purchase simple and flexible.

03
Placing Your Order

Once you’ve confirmed your design and financing, a deposit is required to begin production. Because each structure is customized to your specifications, all materials are cut to order to ensure quality and accuracy.

04
Delivery and Assembly Options

We offer different order types depending on the structure and your preferences:

All materials are shipped directly to you, complete with detailed instructions for self-assembly.
Our professional installation team will deliver and assemble your structure on-site. We offer installation services from Maine to Florida, east of the Mississippi River.
Your structure is built at our shop and delivered as a complete unit or in sections to be assembled by our team at your location.

Larger buildings (such as full-size barns and large garages) are available only as Kit or install options.

Cabins and Tiny Homes are available only as Modular builds and must be assembled either at our shop or on-site by our team.

05
Production and Delivery

Once your deposit is received, production begins. Each order is carefully crafted to your specifications and prepared for delivery or installation. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible — from design to delivery — so you can enjoy a structure built to serve you well for years to come.
