Built in 2026 in Epping, New Hampshire, this custom timber-frame barndo was designed as an office building for a local company. Measuring 46 by 46 feet, the structure combines the bold appearance of a modern barndominium with the warmth and craftsmanship of traditional timber-frame construction.

The substantial timber frame gives the building strength, character, and a distinctive architectural presence. Exposed structural elements celebrate the natural beauty of the wood while creating an inviting professional environment that feels warmer and more memorable than a conventional commercial office.

Black siding was selected for the exterior, giving the building a sleek, contemporary appearance. The dark finish emphasizes the structure’s clean lines and helps create a polished design that reflects the company’s professional image.

A matching black standing-seam metal roof completes the monochromatic exterior. In addition to complementing the siding, the metal roofing provides durable, low-maintenance protection against New Hampshire’s snow, rain, wind, and changing seasonal conditions.
